The apartment is air conditioned and equipped with private bathroom, a kitchen, latex foam bed for enhanced sleep health, Fiber optic WIFI, and a smart 43" TV with Netflix access. You will also have access to a BBQ , and a kayak!

The space

This beach front apartment offers a stunning view of the quiet white sand beach covered in swaying coconut trees and jungle-clad hills.

The bay is calm, no waves, no rip currents, its the only kid friendly beach all year long.

Ao Yon beach remains today as one of the most secluded beaches in Phuket, no mass tourism, no speedboats passing by every minute. This place is a hidden Gem in Phukets paradisiac landscapes, conveniently close to all parts of Phuket.

In the kitchen, you will find : microwave, induction stove, electric water kettle, bread toaster, drip coffee maker, kitchenware (pots, pans, etc), plates and cutlery.

There is a BBQ where our guests can cater themselves a fresh & tasty seafood grill sourced directly from the nearby fishermans market.

The pool/lounge area is for guests only.

Guest access

There is a restaurant just next door, and within 400m, just up the hill, there are two 24/7 convenience stores (7-11 & Familymart), more restaurants, laundry services, massage. All food and necessities are at walking distances.

Parking for bikes is right in front the villa, while for cars it is 90 meters away. Cars are allowed to come down the narrow road, just to unload luggages

Our neighbors offer motorbike\car rentals and taxi services, you don't have to get out of your way to find transport

Other things to note

• For any check in after 10pm, it is mandatory to take our trusted taxi driver. He will take you to your room and check you in. Standard price, safe and easy.

• If you arrive before check-in time, we have a store room where you can leave your luggage.Room cleaning service:

• We do a free cleaning once a week

(change towels, bed linens, etc).

• On request room cleaning between the week costs 400thb

Additional guests:

• For additional guests, an extra charge per person will be applied. For families with children, an air mattress can be provided. Children over the age of 12 will be charged.
